Yes, we strongly encourage quality verification. We provide paid samples for all our models. Typically, the sample fee is fully refundable once you place your first mass production order (MOQ met). Samples are usually dispatched within 7 days via express air freight.

For standard models in stock, shipment takes 7-10 days. For OEM/ODM custom orders, the production cycle is typically in 35 days after the receipt of the deposit and confirmation of all artwork/packaging designs.

 We implement strict ISO9001 quality control. For every container order, we provide 1-2% free spare parts (such as wheels, pedals, or plastic parts) for your after-sales maintenance. In the rare event of major defects, we offer free replacements or compensation in your next shipment.
